I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were amazing with floor to ceiling glass offering spectacular views; however, one shower head leaked profusely without a way to turn it off. The service was fantastic, with staff who went out of their way to assist despite some issues in the unit initially. The location was excellent, ideal for snorkeling at Kapalua Bay and watching whales from the lanai. The dining experience was good, especially for lunch. The facilities were impressive overall.
